Wow! At last, Firmware V40 is now available bringing new additional features like Kinetic Scrolling, new home screen, and many more interesting updates. So, update your N5800 now! Enjoy!!!

nice to know it is coming....for most of us,in the USA,we will have to wait to get this one.
or go through the product code change.

OK I used the updater and now instead of 20.0.012 I've got 31.0.101.  How do I get version 40?  (Can't see any difference in the phone so far.)

@apoole77, update it first to v31 then update it again then you might get now the v40... try it...

I tried that at the time, just in case it needed to "stage" the updates.  Just tried it again, but the only option it gives me is to reinstall the version I already have.  I did notice that OVI Maps has loaded, though.

@apoole77, so your current version now is v31? I think v40 is not yet available for your phone's product code, if you can't wait just like me, change your product code using Nemesis...

just use Nemesis or JAF in changing the product code...just search it here...
