Here is how I did it....I connected my phone via "mass storage" option. I then opened my memory card on the phone and just placed the weatherbug file in a folder. It does not matter where, just remember where you put it. I put it in others. I then exited mass storage and went to my phone and in file manager, went to the other folder and clicked on weatherbug. It then took off and installed. Hope that helps ya out.
