I am glad you are happy with the phone. Welcome to the forum. As far as the strap goes, I do not use it. So I would not worry about it if you dont want to.

Welcome to the forum! Grin

As far as the strap goes (I use the 'plectrum' believe it or not) and I use the little hole on the bottom left side. The exact instructions are in the manual. But you are just basically 'threading the needle'.
