I wonder why this post did not show up when I looked up unread posts. Well sorry for the late response, but they are pretty good about not freezing. Mine hangs up on people ALL the time. Dont know why, but just bought a new phone to test out and possibly selling my 5800. I will more than likely send it in to Nokia first since it is still under warranty and see if they can see anything.
