Ok I've had this phone for about a year now and this never happened but recently my phone doesn't vibrate nor shows the "_ New Message(s)" on the home screen. Yes I checked the settings and vibrate is on and new message notification is on also. The menu light still flashes twice normal though. Oh and at the top right corner it doesn't show the message icon either. Anyone help out please?

Should i back my phone up then restore it?
