it takes a bit of reasearch to figure out how to get all this done,but this site takes out the hard part of getting the certificates.
just reqeust it with model numer and emie number and in a few days you will have them posted back there

then you get to figure out how to sign with programs.....i like learning these things so its fun for me,hope for you too.

I used these instructions and got the cert within 24 hours. Have been using it to sign apps since, works fine. Sites are in Chinese but there are detailed instructions in English and following is pretty straightforward.
