has anyone been able to pull this off with an NAM handset?
i have all the files and directions i need.
but when i go to move the file to the right place,the phone will not let me
i am using file xplorer on the latest firmwhere

this is really the last little thing i would like to do to make this phone perfect for me(and maybe some screensavers)

yup...thats it.
i just want this little whickie-whickie sound to a hand scratchn a turntable for two seconds
seems like a good idea to me,just because it can be done

i got it done....you have to hack your phone to make i happen
after  i find a good animation(or learn how to convert gif to mbm)..i will post a video or something

OK.....i got the larger fullscreen nokia hands working...but now the sound is gone,not bothering me that much anyways

i tried a long shot and changed the name of the file from blahblagblah.gif  to startup.mbm with file xplorer
and bingo bango it worked.
there is not sound,but thats ok cuase i had to have the warning tones on to hear it any who

now that my phone is bout complete(for now) i guess ill do i full reformat and reinstall the stuff i use,leaving the other junk/programs/games/themes(and there junk files) in the dust
