there are many websites which will allow you to download wallpaper of your choice to pc first and then you can use USB CABLE to transfer stuff from pc to your mobile........

one such site for downloading wallpapers is :

Yeah, that's what I've done on all my phones since my moto V551, use my own pic's and resize to fit as wallpaper. Tom;)
