I was searching around on ebay and found this new HARD RUBBER case. It is a silicone type of case but has a rubber feel to it. I was curious, but got mine for only $3 after shipping. So I tried it and the phone slips right in and the case fits PERFECTLY around the phone adding barely any bulk if any. And gives it a fantastic feel. AWESOME purchase in my mind. Also unlike those silicone cases, this case does not move around at all.

Looks good, except from the ebay pix's it looks like the lock switch on the side of the phone is recessed quite a bit. Do you have any problem getting to it? What about the camera button and the volume controls too. Thanks Tom

The volume and camera buttons are covered but have spots that stick out where those buttons are. They work just fine in my opinion. As for the unlock switch.....it is indented and it is tougher to get to. But not a pain. I personally do not mind cause then you definitely will have a tougher time to unlock the phone by accident. The two access points for your memory card and sim card are also completely covered up. But I do not know about any of you, but I never open any of those. If you needed to access any of those, the case is pretty simple to get back off if you really needed it off. But like I said if you want it to stay on, it is definitely staying on. I have had it on for a few days now and no problems at all. I really like it.

Thanks for the info, so far it looks like the best cover to get. I too don't really need to get to the sd card that often, so thats not a big deal.  Don't know how I'll like the lock switch, but it's worth trying out, not a big investment. Thanks for the link T

I've never been a fan of casings and protectors but my father in law gave me a gadgetshieldz  protector. I've got full body protection for my 5800 and when I checked for it for my wife's Iphone I found it to be pretty cheap (should've known it would be considering I got mine from my father in law Tongue). Anyhow, I love the fact that the original look of my cell is in tact and I can relax more about how I handle it.
